We had a great time!!

On April 16-17, 2014 Morehouse College held it's 8th Annual Innovation Expo.

Established in 2006, this event is the longest running program of its kind dedicated to providing a national platform for stakeholders from Historically Black Colleges & Universities and Minority Serving Institutions (HBCUs/MIs) to gain visibility, experience, and training on how to translate innovative ideas and research into viable businesses.

This year's theme was “Igniting Innovative Ideas, Addressing Global Challenges.”

It built on years of working across curriculum disciplines to identify, develop, and support the next generation of innovation leadership to help build a stronger global economy.

This year's event was designed from the position that society does not operate within the confines of discrete disciplinary domains. As such, the infrastructure to mentor, support, and accelerate the pace of research and innovation should reflect the multidisciplinary nature of how society actually operates and innovation unfolds.
